Free preview
The current scorecard is a free pre-release preview provided without a service-level commitment. Paid checkout is not open, and the site does not collect payment. A founding-interest submission is not a purchase, reservation, promise of access, or obligation for either party.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing the authoritative notice, amendments, attachments, laws, regulations, representations, certifications, pricing, and submission requirements. You must validate every output before relying on it. Never make a representation or certification unless it is accurate and authorized.
Permitted use
You may use the preview for lawful internal business evaluation. You may not use it to commit fraud, misrepresent eligibility or socioeconomic status, submit false claims, violate procurement integrity rules, bypass access controls, process restricted information without authorization, reverse engineer the service for resale, or interfere with operation.
Ownership
You retain rights in information you enter and workpacks generated from it. PursuitProof and its original software, design, scoring method, and brand materials remain reserved.
No government affiliation
PursuitProof is independent software. It is not SAM.gov, an agency, a contracting officer, or a government representative and is not endorsed by the U.S. government.
Disclaimer and limitation
The preview is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law. To that extent, PursuitProof is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the preview. Some jurisdictions do not allow all limitations, so they apply only to the extent permitted.
Changes and termination
The preview may change or stop at any time. Access may be restricted for abuse, unlawful use, or security risk.
